Ah... The Convicts of the Road. In the 1920s, a reporter coined the term "Convicts of the Road" to describe the racers in the Tour de France. It seems things have come around.... A group of 196 French prisoners and 124 guards are having their own little Tour de Penitentiaire. I hear that you really do get "bonus time" for breakaways and escapes.Read about it here
